I've neglected this place. A lot has happened in 2023. I don't know if more than last year. Something influenced my desire to express my thoughts on the blog to give way to other needs. However, I have an incredible desire to change this in 2024. * * * Sometimes I come across the statement that we need to look to the future and leave the past where it belongs. So behind us. I kind of agree with this theory, but not entirely. The future is where we should focus our focus. However, the past is what we have experienced and experience creates us. Every sentence said, every look, every touch. We are the result of our experiences in the past and the hopes we place in the future. The year 2023 was what it was. I try to put aside the need to judge literally everything, so ubiquitous these days. After all, "what we call a rose by any other name would smell no less."
