I've been noticing a lot of things lately that I hadn't paid attention to for a long time. One of them is respect. Or rather, how we use it in everyday life. Or not. Many entries on this blog have been devoted to the fact that we - humans - are moving further and further away from each other. What is respect? According to the PWN dictionary it is "related to kindness, the attitude of acceptance of other people's achievements, aspirations and views, and reverence for what is great in them." An attitude related to kindness... Are we kind to others? Do we respect? I think that in many cases we cannot be kind or express our respect for other people.
