Life is full of experiences. Today we will talk a little about them... Each of us experiences life in different forms every day. The wealth of experience is enormous. We experience a huge amount of emotions every day. Joy, sadness, anger, delight. But do we do it consciously? Do we choose our emotions? Do we let them choose us? When driving a car, I often encountered situations when I got angry at the way the driver in front of me  driving. I feet angry and I swear. It was usually a reflex emotion. Over time, however, I noticed these emotions and asked myself what the purpose was? My swearing and anger or frustration will not help me control another driver's driving. The frustration will only grow due to the fact that I have absolutely no influence on how the driver in front of me is driving. And I wish I had it! We would like to control things, people and phenomena so much that we put ourselves in an emotional state far from the one we would like to be in. We would like to control...

What are you dreaming about?

 Inspirations arise in unpredictable moments. You don't wait for inspiration. Inspirations arise somewhat by accident. They are a byproduct of the exercise of mindful observing. Today's entry is about dreams. I do not know why. I was inspired by Jacek Walkiewicz. The man who appeared on TedxWSB on February 13, 2013 (the speech can be watched on YT). This twenty-minute performance, which I watched only recently (sometime around 2019-20), had a fundamental impact on my perception of the world. I highly recommend it to anyone who will spare 20 minutes of their precious time to watch this speech. Full power of possibilities What are you dreaming about? This is a very simple question and it wasn't easy for me to find the answer. Due to the fact that I had difficulty finding the answer to this question, I decided to ask other people as well. I wonder how everyone approaches their dreams. Do we dream materially? About a lot of money that, in our opinion, will solve many problems? ...
